Once the total is paid, we deed the lot in your name. You receive your public deed so you can register it with the Office of Public Instruments.

No. Dafep's direct financing requires no co-signer and no guarantor. We review your application with simple requirements: a valid Colombian ID (cédula), verifiable income, and residence in Colombia.
No. Your payment is locked in Colombian pesos from day one for the entire term. It is not adjusted for inflation, UVR or any other economic variable.
Yes. You can pay off the remaining balance at any time with no penalty. We also offer discounts for early payment.
1) You choose the project, 2) We sign the purchase agreement with the agreed down payment, 3) You pay the installments for your chosen term, 4) Once the total is paid, the lot is deeded to your name.
Yes. All our projects include water supply, electricity and access roads.
Of course. We arrange free guided tours of all our projects. Contact us and we'll set up a visit at the time that works best for you.
You'll receive the signed purchase agreement, a receipt for every payment, and once the term is complete, the public deed for the lot in your name. Registration with the Public Instruments Office is handled by the buyer.
